Deliverables: The consultant will be expected to submit the following deliverables:

Schedule of deliverables:                                                                                                                                             Duration: 

1. Construction works supervision on the following sites:                                                                             First delivarable expected in 24 – 48 working days

Aweil, Torit, Yambio, and Bor. The COW submits the following documents at completion

of each milestone as deliverable for all the 4-site:

  1. Work progress reports
  2. Measurement sheet for actual works completed.

Payment: 

Upon the submission of the above documents the contractors will be paid the

first milestones, and the COW will be paid the first deliverable.

 

2. Construction works supervision on the following sites:  Aweil, Torit, Yambio, and Bor.                        Second delivarable expected in 48 – 96 working days                         

The COW submits the following documents at completion of each milestone as

deliverable for all the 4-site:

  1. Work progress reports
  2. Measured for actual works completed.

Payment: 

Upon the submission of the above documents the contractors will be paid the

second milestones, and the COW will be paid the second deliverable.

 

3. Construction works supervision on the following sites:                                                Third delivarable expected in 96 – 144 working days 

Aweil, Torit, Yambio, and Bor. The COW submits the following documents

at completion of each milestone as

deliverable for all the 4-site:

  1. Work progress reports
  2. Measurement sheet for actual works completed.

Payment

Upon the submission of the above documents the contractors will be paid the

third milestones, and the COW will be paid the third deliverable.

 

Reporting for the Consultancy

The National Consultant to shall report to the UNDP Access to Justice, Security and Human Rights Programme Project Engineer.

Payments:

Payments shall be processed and paid after the submitted reports cleared and approved by the Project Engineer and Chief Technical advisor respectively. The reports shall be submitted at the time the milestones are due for payments.

Travel: 

Domestic travel – travel to the selected locations, the payment of travel costs including tickets and living allowance will be paid by UNDP
