The UK wants to support the movement towards 100% digital inclusion across the African continent, its department for international trade says. 

In its white paper on the rise of Africa’s digital economy, tackling the “usage gap” to create a thriving market for mobile services, the department says economic growth can be secured by increasing access to digital-first services of all types, including health, education and even entertainment content…
