Moroccan AI technology company ToumAI has secured €1 million (approximately $1 million) in pre-seed funding to advance its mission of delivering personalized, adaptive, and sustainable customer experience (CX) solutions globally.

The funding round was led by Launch Africa Ventures, with participation from Madica Ventures, Orange Ventures, Digital Africa, GO Ventures, and business angel Bruno Akpaka, alongside support from BPI France.

Founded in June 2020 as a spin-off from AIOX Labs, ToumAI specializes in AI-driven CX solutions that address multilingual, cultural, generational, and emotional complexities in customer interactions. Its HolistiCX suite utilizes a unique Compound AI architecture to enhance voice-driven applications, improve interactive voice response (IVR) systems, and enable advanced churn detection.

The recent investment will support ToumAI’s expansion into new markets, including Tunisia, and the further development of its HolistiCX suite. The company aims to provide scalable APIs that integrate data across departments, offering actionable insights to improve global customer relations.

This funding milestone underscores the growing confidence in AI-driven solutions tailored to the diverse and evolving needs of global customer bases.
