SPN – Rwanda – Upgrading of Single Phase to Three Phase Lines Countrywide

The Government of Rwanda has received financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) and Africa Growing Together Fund (AGTF) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Transmission System reinforcement and Last Mile Connectivity Project (TSRLMC), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for UPGRADING OF SINGLE PHASE TO THREE PHASE LINES COUNTRYWIDE.
