The Government of Rwanda (GoR) has received financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the upgrading of Base-Rukomo-Nyagatare, Lot 1: Base-Rukomo Road project; and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for rehabilitation/Upgrading works of Kibari – Gatuna (Byumba – Ngondore) and Byumba
