SPN – Ghana – Firm for the Development of Regional (KPIs) for the Regulation of Electricity and Utilities for ECOWAS and to Conduct a Harmonized Electricity Tariff Comparison (HCET) Study in ECOWAS and Cost Reflectivity Assessment

The assignment for this ToR combines the first two components of the Project under the following two work streams:

1. Work stream 1: Elaboration of Regulatory and Utility Key Performance Indicators (UKPI) for ECOWAS; and
2. Work stream 2: Harmonised Comparison of Electricity Tariffs (HCET) in ECOWAS and Cost Reflectivity Assessment.
