As a showcase of Southern Africa’s manufacturing capabilities across industry, construction, mining, agriculture and power sectors, this broad reaching expo is geared to facilitate the growth of Southern Africa’s manufacturing sector and to help grow sustainability for the local manufacturing industry.

With the inaugural expo having exceeded exhibitor and visitor expectations, the second edition of the Local Southern African Manufacturing Expo in 2024 is expected to grow exponentially at its new home alongside Electra Mining Africa, one of the top mining and industrial related shows in the world.

Enormous potential

The local manufacturing sector has enormous potential to provide the very growth needed to strengthen the economy and the Local Southern African Manufacturing Expo is the platform from which this growth can be catapulted.

The Expo is organised in association with the South African Capital Equipment Export Council (SACEEC) and provides an interactive platform for thousands of decision-makers and buyers to meet the providers of the latest manufacturing solutions, machinery, products and services.

The Expo will have its own Seminar Theatre where knowledgeable speakers will share their insights and expertise in thought-provoking sessions that will cover industry trends and legislation.
