The services among others included under this project are:
- Identify the training needs for the EA staff, RECs and States to support the implementation of YD/SAATM;
- Develop a policy, programme for the implementation of the training needs;
- Development of EA staff training Plan; Conduct EA training needs assessment according with areas of competency; and Elaborate EA Training Plan, Programme and Budget.
