EOI – Multinational – Consultants responsible for conducting the Public- Private-Partnership (PPP) Structuring Studies and Providing Transaction Advisory Services

The services under this contract mainly consist of analysis, design and execution of an approach on an implementable PPP Scheme for project investment. They comprise: i) PPP due diligence, PPP viability assessment; establishment of PPP financial model, market sounding, developing PPP structure and identification of follow-on PPP projects; ii) preparing model documentation {e.g. Request for Quotations (RfQs), Request for Proposals (RfPs), Bidding documents, concession agreement} and assisting in the transaction for selected PPP viable follow-on projects.
