The Consultant shall establish a functional accounting and financial system; prepare, examine, and analyse accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; produce regular reports on commitments and available funds per categories of expenditure; prepare expenditures justification and disbursement and direct payment requests for Bank approvals; keep regular communication with the project task manager and the disbursement officer in the Bank’s Treasury Department to expedite the proces
