The Government of Angola (GOA) has received a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) towards the cost of the implementation of the Institutional Capacity Building for Private Sector Development Project (ICBPSDP), and intends to apply part of this loan to payments under the contract for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, to assist the Project Coordinator in designing and implementing an effective monitoring and evaluation system. The estimated duration of services is for a period of six (6) months.
