Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi spoke over the phone with King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein.
The Spokesman for the Presidency said that the call, which came within the framework of the regular consultations between the President and his brother, HM King Abdullah II, tackled a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation. They also exchanged views and insights on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
President El-Sisi valued the ongoing progress in bilateral relations and the two countries’ coordination on various regional and international issues. The President stressed the importance of exerting further efforts to expand and strengthen the various areas of bilateral cooperation, and thereby enhancing the common interests of the two countries and peoples.
His Majesty King Abdullah II commended the fraternal relations between Egypt and Jordan as well as the ongoing coordination with President El-Sisi. He looked forward to further advancing cooperation at various levels.
