Support the Principal Evaluation Capacity Development Officer to implement IDEV’s ECD work program in the Bank’s RMCs – nurturing and managing networks and communities of practice; developing the capacity of policy and decision-makers (government officials & parliamentarians) across Africa; and actively supporting national governments to systematically produce, demand & use evaluative knowledge.
