Contract Awards – Individual Lead Consultant to support the evaluation of Counterpart Funding at the African Development Bank

The Lead Consultant will contribute to the review of the Bank’s policy and institutional framework, draw lessons from the Banks use of counterpart funding instrument as well as welll sister organizations experience, identify the factors that have enabled or hindered the Bank in its use of counterpart funding instrument and suggest areas of improvement.
