Contract Awards – Angola – Selection and Recruitment of a Procurement Specialist for the PIU

The individual consultant shall ensure effectiveness of procurement processes and activities of the project in respect to the economy, efficiency and effectiveness principles of the African Development Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works, and Rules and Procedures for the Use of Consultants including contract management activities required under the project.
