Since 2008, The Water Trust has partnered with more than 500 communities in Masindi and Kiryandongo, benefitting more than 300,000 people. The Water Trust aims to increase the scale of its operations and pioneer new approaches to increasing the impact and sustainability of water, sanitation, and hygiene programs.

Group trainings will include 10-20 staff members. Outside of the 8 group-training days, the lead consultants’ 10 days will be dedicated to one-on-one followup with staff to help them apply the lessons learned and troubleshoot as the staff prepare their work plans for 2021 and review the current status of their active projects. We expect the work will take place Dec 7 – Dec 18th and January 7-21st. We expect in each session there will be 4 days of group training followed by 6 days of followup support.
