B2B SaaS Startup Wise Guys accelerator is accepting applications

For the third edition of the Startup Wise Guys accelerator, which provides chosen B2B SaaS startups with access to EUR100,000 (US$110,000) in investment and five months of comprehensive mentoring, applications are now open.

Startup Wise Guys, an organization that was founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2012, also oversees cybersecurity programs out of Cosenza and SaaS accelerator programs out of Milan. The business has so far worked with more than 600 founders, invested in more than 235 startups, and seen a few exits.

The selected startups will be asked to join a five-month-long intensive accelerator that combines online modules with local and international mentors and experts. In exchange for an equity share worth up to 12%, they will receive access to EUR 100,000 (US $110,000) in funding.

Applications will be accepted from businesses operating in English-speaking startups throughout Africa, with the selection committee focusing especially on Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, and Uganda. It is desired to use fintech, agritech, and climate tech.

Eligibility criteria

This program is mainly for English-speaking East and West African early-stage digital B2B SaaS startups with initial traction, a solid team, and a focus on one of these areas:

  • You are an early-stage B2B startup from Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, and Ghana.
  • You are an early-stage B2B SaaS startup working in:
    • FinTech
    • AgriTech
    • ClimaTech
  • You have a working MVP
  • Your startup has at least 2 co-founders or team members
  • You are building initial customer traction, MRR, or revenues.
  • Scaling potential across the African continent.
