AMI – Multinational – Individual Consultant to develop Terms of Reference for the hiring of a consultancy firm for the development and implementation of a Management Information System (MIS)

The consultant will develop an assignment report comprising a high-level mapping of AFCAC’s processes as well as terms of reference for the hiring of a consultancy firm to assist AFCAC in undertaking the following activities among others:
Develop a comprehensive and fully integrated Management Information System (MIS), along with the development of an Electronic Records and Document Management System.
