The overall aim of the FAPA grant is to create economic benefits for the smallholder farmer and local communities while contributing to building environmental and social resilience of land-use. The project was designed to finance ATAF projects under the four main components: (i) Component 1: Development of Agroforestry Models, (ii) Component 2: Market Assessment and Development of Value Chains, and (iii) Component 3: Agroforestry Model Promotion and Replication.
