SPN – Namibia – Feasibility Study for the Commuter Rails: Windhoek – Rehoboth and Windhoek – Katutura

The Consultant is required to conduct a feasibility study that demonstrates positive results in terms of Value for Money, economic benefits, poverty reduction, affordability, employment creation and social and economic impact as well as improving mobility of the citizenry in and around the city. The Consultant shall ensure to conduct and deliver a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Feasibility Study Report prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Namibian Public Private Partnership legislatory framework.
