About the role
The role works within the Business administration role family and is key to driving effective systems and processes that enable the workgroup to meet its financial and operational objectives. This role plays a critical role in support and facilitation of the country programme, by providing logistical, procurements and front office services.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who can work with both internally with staff and externally with suppliers, service providers and government departments. You will need to be proactive; problem solving capacity and have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will be a team player, able to establish good team relationships. If you feel you are competent, you are invited to apply for the post of Administration Assistant. The position is line managed by the Office Manager.
