The Government of Lesotho has received financing from the African Development Fund herein after called the Bank towards the cost of the Urban Distribution Rehabilitation and Transmission Expansion Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the Contract for the Khukhune Substation Upgrade.
