The principal objective of this project is to improve the energy supply, through development of renewable energy resources. The procurement method include: an Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) for the Procurement of Design, Supply, and Installation of 30 MW Solar PV plant, Battery Storage System and associated facilities, Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) for the recruitment of consulting firm for project management and construction supervision assignment, and others.
