EOI – Multinational – NAB CHPs and the “Legal Services”

NewAfrica Bioenergy Ltd (the Sponsor) has received project preparation funding from the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (“SEFA”) hosted within the African Development Bank (“AfDB”) toward the development costs of two Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants (the “Project”). The Sponsor intends to apply this grant to payments under the contract for Consulting assignments that include:

• Legal Services (“LS”) including audit and drafting of contracts, and review of project legal structuring;
