The services under this project are to ensure fulfilment of the Project Implementation Unit’s (PIU) financial management requirements of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and fulfilling other responsibilities as delegated to support the successful implementation of the project. The SFME will, thus, ensure compliance with the relevant AFDB policies and procedures for implementation of project activities for the achievement of the project development objectives.
