The Consultancy services included under this project will be undertaken in two (2) segments, as follows: (i) Segment 1: Conduct a detailed market assessment of the private sector landscape and in particular, SMEs, their ecosystem and needs for enhanced competitiveness and growth; (ii) Segment 2: Evaluate the legal and regulatory framework for the possible instruments identified and confirmed according to the country’s SME needs.
