The Government of São Tomé and Príncipe (GoSTP) has received financing by the African Development Bank (AfDB), towards the cost of the Energy Transition and Institutional Support Project (ETISP). Part of the AfDB financing will be used to fully finance the costs of the contract entitled “Consultancy Services for Engineering Supervision of refurbishment of Papagaio Mini Hydro Power Plant, located on the island of Príncipe”. The program is implemented by GoSTP through its Ministry of Infrastructure and Natural Resources (MIRN).
